Terms of Use

By downloading or using EasyMedLogger ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are using the App to track medications for someone else, such as a family member in your care, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter on their behalf.

License

EasyMedLogger is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App.

No Fees

The App is free to use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no paid features, and no advertising.

Not a Medical Device

The App is a personal convenience tool for tracking medication schedules established by you and your healthcare providers. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-approved or cleared, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of medication information you enter into the App.
• Ensuring you take the correct medications at the correct times and doses.
• Following the guidance of your licensed healthcare providers.
• Not relying on the App as your only safeguard against medication errors.
• Keeping your own backups of any records you want to preserve.

Your Data and Content

Everything you enter into the App belongs to you. We never receive, access, or store your records — they exist only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

This also means there is no copy for us to restore. If you lose your device, delete your data, or uninstall the App, your records cannot be recovered. Use the App's export features to keep your own backups of anything you want to keep.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that notifications will always fire at the scheduled time. Device-level settings and conditions — such as Do Not Disturb, battery optimization, revoked notification permissions, or a device restart — may delay or suppress notifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed doses or adverse health events.

App Store Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use of it is also subject to those stores' own terms. The developer, and not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App, its contents, and any support or maintenance for it. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the App and no responsibility for any claim relating to it.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a user of the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you use the App from another country, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you reside.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
