Important Notice
Always follow the instructions of your licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding your medications. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or tracked in this App.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Using the App does not create a doctor-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship, between you and the developer. The App provides no medical advice and no clinical judgement of any kind. It is a record-keeping tool, and every decision about your treatment remains between you and your healthcare providers.
Medication Safety
- This App does not verify the safety or appropriateness of any medication for your condition.
- The App contains no drug database and performs no drug interaction, allergy, or contraindication checking. Medication names, doses, and schedules are exactly what you type in, and the App will not warn you if an entry is unsafe or incorrect.
- Drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing requirements must be managed by a qualified healthcare professional.
- If you believe you have taken a medication incorrectly or are experiencing an adverse reaction, contact a healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
Reports and Charts
The trend charts in the App and the PDF report you can generate for a healthcare provider present only the information you recorded. They are not clinical analysis, not a diagnosis, and not an official medical record. Adherence percentages and trends describe what was logged in the App, which may differ from what actually happened.
A report you share with a clinician supplements their own records and professional judgement — it never replaces them.
Notification Reliability
Medication reminder notifications depend on your device's operating system and settings. Factors such as battery optimization, Do Not Disturb mode, revoked notification permissions, or device restarts may delay or prevent notifications from firing. Do not rely solely on App notifications to remember critical medications.
In an Emergency
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number — such as 911 in the United States, 112 across Europe, or 192 in Brazil — immediately. Do not use this App in place of emergency care.
